    • Shipping Method: We use reliable carriers for our shipments, primarily USPS (United States Postal Service), and may use UPS or FedEx for larger orders at our discretion.

    • Shipping Costs (within the Contiguous US):

      • FREE Standard Shipping on all orders totaling $89.00 or more (after applicable discounts and before taxes).

      • A flat rate of $4.99 applies to all orders under $89.00.

    • Estimated Delivery Time (Contiguous US): Typically 3 to 7 business days after the 2-3 business day processing period. The total estimated time from order placement is approximately 5-10 business days.

    3. Shipping Destinations

    • We currently ship only to physical street addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.

    4. International Shipping

    We do not offer international shipping at this time.

    5. Pre-Orders

    If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item becomes available. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for them.

    6. Order Tracking

    Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.

    7. Address Accuracy

    Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. USBT Online is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees and any subsequent reshipment costs.

    8. Damaged or Lost Packages

    • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@usbtonline.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. Please keep all items and packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

    • Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, check around your property and with neighbors. If still missing after 24 hours, contact us. If tracking hasn't updated for several business days, contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
